Our capstone garlic, Montana Zemo, developed by Foothill Farm near the Mission Mountains in Montana. The original source is likely to be from Zemo Surebi in western Georgia, near the Black Sea. The spiciest garlic we grow! Due to its elevated levels of allicin, Zemo is also highly regarded for health purposes. Large, dense bulbs produce 3-7 giant cloves that are arguably easier to peel than opening a pickle jar.
