About Us

In Dillon, MT under the seemingly ever blue skies of Beaverhead County, our half acre operation has been developing garlic since 2018 by Shelby and Timothy Leeuw.  We follow sustainable practices, only using natural soil amendments, fresh water from the Beaverhead River (part of the greater Yellowstone ecosystem) and a whole heck of a lot of weeding.  We don’t use machines to plant or harvest, so from clove to bulb, you can be confident you’re getting the best hand raised garlic.
