About Us

Since 2018, we—Shelby and Timothy Leeuw—have been growing garlic with care, beginning under the ever-blue skies of Dillon, MT. Our half-acre farm at 5,200 feet thrived on sustainable practices, natural soil amendments, and fresh water from Blacktail Deer Creek, part of the greater Yellowstone ecosystem. Every clove was planted, tended, and harvested by hand—no machines, just hard work and a whole lot of weeding—to ensure the highest quality, hand-raised garlic.
In 2025, we moved our farm to Lake County, MT. Here, the rich soils, clean mountain air, and longer growing season allow us to continue and expand our garlic-growing journey while staying true to the hands-on, sustainable methods that defined our roots. As we settle into this new chapter, we’re grateful for your continued support and patience—your encouragement means the world to us.
