About Us
In Dillon, MT under the seemingly ever blue skies of Beaverhead County, our half acre operation has been developing garlic since 2018 by Shelby and Timothy Leeuw. We grow a clove above at 5200 ft, follow sustainable practices, use natural soil amendments, fresh water from Blacktail Deer Creek (part of the greater Yellowstone ecosystem) and a whole heck of a lot of weeding. We don’t use machines to plant or harvest, so from clove to bulb, you can be confident you’re getting the best hand raised garlic.
