Hails from Inchelium WA on the Colville Indian Reservation near the Canadian Border.  Top rated softneck in multiple taste tests.  Mild flavor with a lower level of allicin than our other varieties.  Excellent for roasting!  Large, flattened bulb with 4-5 clove layers.  Inner cloves are slender and best suited for eating, while cloves reaching the outer layers increase in size and may be planted.
